Terms of Use

Last updated 20 October 2026. Please read them before you use GovtTenderHub or pay for a plan.

1. These terms

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and the operator of GovtTenderHub (govttenderhub.com), called "we" or "us" here. They apply when you visit the website, create an account, use any of its tools, or pay for a plan or a purchase. By doing any of these, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use GovtTenderHub.

Our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation and Refund Policy are part of these terms. If you use GovtTenderHub for a business, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that business.

These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. They are made by a computer and need no signature.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a binding contract under Indian law. You must not use GovtTenderHub if the law, or a decision of ours under these terms, stops you from doing so.

3. What we are, and what we are not

GovtTenderHub is a private website. It is not a government website, and we are not part of, linked to, approved by or acting for any government, ministry, department, public sector company, GeM, CPPP or any tender portal.

We gather tender notices that government bodies publish on their own official websites, show them in one place with a link to the source, and send alerts about them. We also offer tools for running a firm (bills, letters, wages, documents), a directory of labour and suppliers (Hire), and guides.

We do not submit bids, register you on any portal, or act for you with any buyer. Whether you bid, and how, is always your own decision.

4. Tender information: always check the official source

Tender details are copied, mostly automatically, from official portals. Our copy may have mistakes, may be incomplete or late, and may not show changes made after we read it, such as corrigenda, new dates or cancellations. Values, dates, EMD, fees, eligibility and documents can be wrong in our copy.

The official portal and the tender documents published there are the only correct record. Before you decide to bid, prepare a bid, pay a fee or EMD, or submit anything, check every detail on the official portal.

We don't promise that every tender is listed, that alerts arrive at a set time or at all, or that you will win any tender. We are not responsible for what happens because you relied on our copy, for example a missed last date, a rejected bid, a lost EMD or a lost contract.

5. Your account

  • Give true and complete details, and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by the team members you add. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
  • The account owner is responsible for the people they invite to their team and for the access they give them. If you turn on support access, our team can see your account, read-only, until it ends or you end it.
  • An account is for you and your own team. Don't share it with, or sell access to, anyone else. We may limit how many devices can be signed in at once.
  • To close your account, write to us. For your safety we confirm the request by email before deleting anything. Payment records are kept, as the law requires.

6. Plans, prices and payment

  • The free plan has limits. Paid plans (Alerts, Business and Complete) are bought for one month or one year. What each plan includes is what the Pricing page shows when you pay.
  • Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST (18% now). You get a GST receipt for each payment. If you give a GSTIN, you are responsible for it being correct.
  • Payments are made through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments, by UPI, card, net banking or wallet, and their terms also apply. We never see or store your card details.
  • A plan starts when the payment is confirmed. It is not renewed or charged again by itself: it ends on its end date, and you renew by paying again.
  • If you change plans, the new plan starts at once and the value of the days left on the old plan is added to it as extra days. No money is returned.
  • We may change prices, plans, features and limits for the future. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
  • Offers apply only as described when you pay. Launch offer: if you paid for a plan by 31 Dec 2026 (11:59 pm India time), you keep the launch price when you renew, as long as you renew before your plan ends or within 30 days after it ends.
  • Hub Wallet: credit from referrals can be used towards plans only, 7 days after it is added. It is not cash: it cannot be withdrawn, moved to someone else or exchanged, and has no value outside GovtTenderHub. We may remove credit gained by misuse (for example your own or fake accounts), and change or end the referral programme for the future.

Refunds: payments are not refundable, except for payment errors, as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Free limits and fair use

The free plan's features and limits may change. Features described as unlimited are for normal use by you and your team; we may limit use that is automated, far beyond normal, or harms the service for others.

8. Bills, letters, wages, documents and accounting

These tools help you keep your own records. You are responsible for what you enter and what you make with them: GST bills, tax amounts, returns, letters, attendance and wages, and for meeting your own duties under GST, income tax, labour and other laws.

Nothing on GovtTenderHub is tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. For decisions that matter, check with a qualified professional, such as a chartered accountant.

What you add stays yours. You allow us to store it, process it and show it to you and the people you allow, only to run the service. We take care to keep it safe (documents are encrypted, and we keep backups), but please keep your own copies of anything important.

9. Ask AI and bid analysis

Ask AI answers are written by a computer from our data and may be wrong or incomplete. A bid analysis is an estimate from past results, not a promise of what will win. Neither is advice: check the facts, and decide your bid and your price yourself.

10. Hire: labour, mistris and suppliers

Hire is a directory. Listings are written by the providers themselves. We don't employ them, and we don't check their identity, skills, licences, work, prices or reliability. Any deal is only between you and them: check them yourself before you hire or pay anyone, and follow the labour laws that apply.

If you list yourself, your listing must be true, lawful and about you or your own business, and you agree that people who buy contacts see your mobile number. We may change or remove any listing.

Contacts you buy are for your own hiring only: don't resell them, publish them or use them for spam or unwanted marketing.

11. What you must not do

  • Copy, scrape, crawl or download our listings, pages, data or emails in bulk, by bots, scripts or by hand, or republish, resell or share them, except the normal use of the website and of the files we send you, for your own work.
  • Get around plan limits, paywalls, rate limits or security, or try to get into other accounts or our systems.
  • Copy, take apart or interfere with the website or its software, overload it, or attack it.
  • Upload anything harmful, unlawful, false, defamatory or belonging to someone else without their permission.
  • Pretend to be someone else, make accounts with false details, or misuse referral credit.
  • Use GovtTenderHub for fraud, bid rigging, or anything else against the law.

12. Our content and name

The website, its software and design, its text and guides, the way tender information is gathered, arranged and presented, and the GovtTenderHub name and logo belong to us or to those who license them to us, and are protected by law. We give you a limited, personal right to use them for your own work while you follow these terms. Nothing else is given to you.

Tender notices and documents belong to the bodies that publish them. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely.

13. Other websites and services

GovtTenderHub links to and works with other services: government portals and GeM, our payment partner, email and messaging services, Google sign-in, and ads shown by Google. They have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content, their availability or what they do. Ads are placed by others: showing an ad does not mean we recommend it.

14. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep GovtTenderHub running, but it may be slow or unavailable at times, for example for maintenance, faults, or when official portals are down. Emails depend on email providers and may be delayed or land in spam.

We may change, add or remove features at any time. If we stop the whole service before your paid period ends, we return the part of your payment for the days left.

15. No guarantees

As far as the law allows, GovtTenderHub and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available", without any promise, express or implied, that it is accurate, complete, up to date, free of errors or interruptions, or fit for any particular purpose.

16. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows:

  • we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, business, contracts, tenders, bids, EMD, data or goodwill, even if we were told such loss was possible;
  • our total liability to you for all claims together is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

17. Your responsibility to us

You agree to make good any loss, damage, cost or claim (including reasonable legal costs) that we face because you broke these terms or the law, because of what you uploaded or listed, because of how you used GovtTenderHub, or because of your dealings with other users, providers or buyers.

18. Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account, remove content, or refuse service, if you break these terms, misuse the service, act fraudulently, reverse a payment through your bank without reason, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we tell you why. There is no refund when an account is suspended or closed for these reasons.

You may stop using GovtTenderHub at any time. Sections that by their nature should last after that (such as payments, our content, no guarantees, limits on liability, your responsibility to us and disputes) continue to apply.

19. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as failures of official portals, the internet, power or our service providers, natural disasters, epidemics, cyber attacks, strikes, or actions of a government or court.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date, and for important changes we will also tell you by email or on the website. If you keep using GovtTenderHub after a change, you accept the new terms. A change never takes away what you have already paid for.

21. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a dispute with us, please write to us first: we will try to settle it within 30 days. If it is not settled, the courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction.

22. Complaints and contact

For any complaint or question about these terms, write to contact@govttenderhub.com with "Complaint" in the subject. We confirm that we have received it within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.

23. General

  • These terms, with the policies named in section 1, are the whole agreement between you and us about GovtTenderHub.
  • If a court finds any part of them invalid, the rest still applies.
  • If we don't enforce a right at once, we have not given it up.
  • We may transfer our rights and duties under these terms; you may not transfer yours without our written agreement.
  • We may send you notices by email to the address on your account, or on the website.
  • If these terms are shown in another language and there is a difference, the English version applies.
