Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. The short version
- You pay once, for a month or a year. We never take money from you again by ourselves: there is no auto-renewal and no auto-debit.
- Your plan ends by itself on its end date. There is nothing to cancel.
- All payments are final. We don't give refunds, in full or in part, once a plan or purchase has started.
- We only return money for payment errors, like being charged twice (see section 5).
2. No auto-renewal: plans end by themselves
Every paid plan on GovtTenderHub (Alerts, Business, Complete, and the older Basic and Standard plans) is paid once, for the period you choose: one month or one year. We don't save your card or set up any mandate, so we cannot charge you again.
Before your plan ends, we send you a reminder by email. If you don't pay again, the plan simply ends on its end date and your account moves to the free plan. You don't need to cancel anything, and nothing is charged.
When a plan ends, your account and what you saved in it stay. The free plan's limits then apply: for example, you can open, print and download the bills and letters you made, but making more is limited.
If you renew before your plan ends, the new month or year starts after the current one ends, so you don't lose any days.
3. No refunds
Once a plan or purchase has started, the payment is not refundable, in full or in part. This includes, for example:
- days or months you have not used, or not using the service at all;
- changing your mind, buying the wrong plan or paying for a year instead of a month;
- not finding the tenders you wanted, or not winning a tender;
- contacts and listings bought on Hire (labour, mistris and suppliers), once the contacts or the listing are given;
- Hub Wallet credit used to pay: it is not cash and is never paid out;
- an account suspended or closed because the Terms of Use were broken.
Please read what each plan includes on the Pricing page before you pay. If you aren't sure which plan fits, write to us first and we will help.
4. Changing your plan
You can move to another plan at any time. The new plan starts right away, and the value of the days left on your old plan is added to the new plan as extra days. No money is returned when you change plans.
5. When we do return money: payment errors
We return the money only in these cases:
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- you were charged, but your plan or purchase did not start and we cannot start it;
- we stop the whole service before your paid period ends: then we return the part of your payment for the days left;
- where the law in India requires a refund.
Write to us at contact@govttenderhub.com within 30 days of the payment, with your order number (it is on your receipt and in your account). Once we confirm the error, the money goes back to the same account, card or UPI you paid from, usually within 7 to 10 working days. Your bank may take longer to show it.
6. Failed or pending payments
If money left your account but the payment failed or is still pending, your bank or our payment partner usually returns it by itself within 5 to 7 working days. If a pending payment is confirmed, your plan starts then. If the money hasn't come back after 7 working days, write to us with the order number and we will follow it up with the payment partner.
7. Delivery
Plans and Hire purchases are online services: nothing is posted or shipped. Your plan or purchase starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. We email you a confirmation and a GST receipt (all prices include 18% GST), and you can download it from your account. If your plan hasn't started within an hour of paying, write to us.
8. Disputes with your bank
If something is wrong with a payment, please write to us first: most problems are solved quickly. If you ask your bank to reverse a payment for a plan or purchase that was given as described, we may pause the account while the dispute is open.
9. Contact
Questions about a payment or this policy: contact@govttenderhub.com. This policy is part of our Terms of Use. If we change it, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date; payments already made follow the policy in force when you paid.
