For government departments, PSUs, local bodies, institutions and companies: put your tenders in front of contractors and suppliers across India.

How it works

  1. 1Register your organisationYour organisation, the officer who publishes, a code to your official email and an authorisation letter. About 5 minutes.
  2. 2We check itWe read the letter and call your office on the number from your official website. Usually within one working day.
  3. 3Publish your tendersAdding tenders opens in the next few days. Register now and you're ready on day one.

Where bidders see your tender

  • In searchOn state, district, category and department pages, where contractors look every day.
  • In alertsEmailed each morning to contractors whose alerts match your tender's work and place.
  • With everything bidders needDocuments, dates, EMD, who can bid and how, and your contact for questions.

Kept safe for bidders and for you

  • Every organisation is checked by our team before it can publish: official email, authorisation letter, and a call to the office.
  • Each tender shows who published it and when we checked them. Bidders can report a tender that looks wrong.
  • We never collect bids, EMD or fees, so nobody can use your name here to take money from bidders.

Who can publish

  • Central government ministry or department
  • State government department
  • Municipal body, panchayat or development authority
  • Public sector company (PSU)
  • Public university, hospital, school or institute
  • Co-operative society
  • Trust, temple or NGO
  • Private company or firm

Tenders of co-operatives, trusts and private companies are labelled as such, so bidders know who is buying.

Questions

Does it cost anything?

No. Publishing tenders is free.

Do you take bids or EMD?

Never. Your tender says how to bid: on your e-procurement portal, by email, or at your office. EMD and fees go only to your organisation, as your tender document says.

Does this replace our e-procurement portal?

No. Government buyers still follow their own rules for publishing (CPPP, GeM or the state portal). Publishing here as well puts your tender in front of more bidders.

Who checks the tenders?

Our team checks your first tenders before they show, and any tender our automatic checks flag, such as one asking for payment to a personal account.

Can colleagues publish too?

For now, one account publishes for an organisation. When the officer changes, write to us and we move it to the new officer's account.
