Complete system should be as per RDSO Technical Specification IRS T-48 (Vers. 5 of latest) for 5 years under the jurisdiction of Divisional Engineer(III)/Sealdah and Sr. Divisional Engineer(I)/Sealdah over Sealdah Division (Total 26 Nos.).
